ChudaiTube believes in fair, transparent, and prompt dispute resolution. This Complaints & Appeals Policy provides a formal avenue for users and creators to appeal content removals or account suspensions.
1. Grounds for Appeal
You may file an appeal if you believe:
- Content was removed due to erroneous algorithmic matching or false DMCA notice.
- Your account was restricted or suspended based on a misunderstanding of community guidelines.
- A safety report was filed maliciously or without factual basis.
2. How to File an Appeal
Send an appeal notice to chudaitube@proton.me within thirty (30) days of the contested action, stating your username, the action being contested, and your substantive reasons with documentation.
3. Review Process
All appeals are reviewed by human compliance supervisors not involved in the original decision. We aim to issue a final written decision within seven (7) business days.
