Law Enforcement Information & Guidelines

These guidelines provide information for federal, state, and international law enforcement agencies seeking records from ChudaiTube.

1. Legal Process Requirements

ChudaiTube discloses non-public subscriber and user records only upon receipt of valid legal process under applicable United States law:

• Subpoena: Valid civil or criminal subpoena compels disclosure of basic subscriber records (name, email, IP registration logs).
• Court Order under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(d): Required for non-content transactional records, connection records, and account activity history.
• Search Warrant: Required under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(c)(1)(A) for access to stored communications, private uploaded media, or confidential messages.

2. Emergency Disclosures

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8) and § 2702(c)(4), ChudaiTube may voluntarily disclose information to law enforcement where we have a good faith belief that an emergency involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure without delay.

3. Data Preservation Requests

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2703(f), official law enforcement requests to preserve user records pending issuance of formal legal process are honored for up to 90 days (renewable once for an additional 90-day period).
