1. Scope of Illegal & Prohibited Content
Our rapid takedown team immediately acts upon reports regarding:

- Deepfakes & Non-Consensual AI Likenesses: Synthetically created or altered sexual imagery depicting an identifiable individual without express written consent.
- Sex Trafficking, Coercion, or Duress: Any material produced under force, threat, fraud, or human trafficking conditions.
- Non-Consensual Recordings: Imagery recorded without the knowledge of the person depicted (spy cameras, voyeurism).
- Depictions of Violence: Sexual violence, physical assault, non-consensual battery, or extreme harm.
2. 24-Hour Expedited Removal Guarantee
Reports of non-consensual imagery or personal safety violations are classified as Priority-One and reviewed around the clock. The reported content is disabled pending verification, usually in less than 24 hours.
3. How to Submit an Illegal Content Report
To submit a formal notice, email chudaitube@proton.me or our safety team at chudaitube@proton.me with:
- Direct link(s) to the offending content on ChudaiTube.
- Specification of the violation (Non-consensual media, deepfake, blackmail, etc.).
- Statement that you are the person depicted, or authorized representative thereof.
- Proof of identity (government photo ID, with sensitive numbers redacted).
