Any individual attempting to search for, transmit, store, or upload CSAM/CSAE on ChudaiTube will have their account immediately terminated, their IP address and telemetry logs permanently recorded, and an emergency report filed directly with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant federal and international law enforcement agencies.
1. Proactive Technical Safeguards
- Automated Perceptual Hash Screening: All uploaded visual assets are cross-checked against international CSAM hash databases (PhotoDNA and CSAE database registries) prior to ingestion.
- Keyword & Search Filtering: Real-time heuristic filtering blocks search terms, tags, or metadata referencing or insinuating minors.
- Mandatory Performer Age Verification: Content creators must submit government-issued photo ID and pass biometric liveness checks proving they are at least 18 years old before upload authorization is granted.
2. Mandatory Regulatory Reporting
Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and relevant global statutes, ChudaiTube promptly provides electronic reports of any apparent violations involving child sexual exploitation to the CyberTipline at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We preserve digital evidence and cooperate fully with federal and international investigators.
