DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy

ChudaiTube strictly respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, studios, and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512.

1. How to File a DMCA Notice of Infringement

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid DMCA Notification of Claimed Infringement must contain the following information in writing:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or representative list if multiple works).
3. Exact URL(s) of the infringing material on ChudaiTube (e.g., https://chudaitube.com/videos/example-video-id/). Broad site links or search terms are insufficient.
4. Contact information of the complaining party, including full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and official email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content you uploaded was mistakenly disabled or removed as a result of misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) containing your contact details, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury consenting to federal court jurisdiction, and your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Termination Policy

ChudaiTube enforces a strict “Repeat Infringer Policy”. Users or uploaders found to repeatedly infringe copyright will have their accounts and upload capabilities terminated permanently.
