All visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct appearing on ChudaiTube comply with the record-keeping and age verification provisions of Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 2257 and Section 2257A, and the regulations promulgated thereunder (28 C.F.R. Part 75).

1. Secondary Distributor / Host Status

With respect to materials created by third-party production studios, affiliated content networks, independent producers, or verified community uploaders, ChudaiTube is a secondary distributor and hosting service provider, and not the primary producer thereof as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1.

Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.9, ChudaiTube maintains records required for secondary distributors, including records of original producers and content sources.
